My soul screams
agitated, miserable
mine eyes itch
wanting to tear them out
body jumpy, twitching
discomfort, aching
emotions pulling
misdirected, unknown to me
mind and body
unbalanced, internal struggle
lost in the past
oblivious of present
uncertain of a future
to the point of asking why
just to find no answers
